ERPulse is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.
Your location
With your permission, your device location is sent to our server only to calculate drive times to nearby facilities. We do not store your location or link it to your account. It is shared with Google Maps solely to compute routes.
Account information
If you create an account we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password (if you use one) and, for sign-in providers, the account identifier they return. Your language preference is stored so emails reach you in your language.
Wait reports
Wait reports are linked to your account to prevent abuse, but are only ever shown publicly as part of an anonymous combined estimate.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details; we keep your Stripe customer identifier and subscription status.
Preferences stored on your device
Your theme and language choices are stored in your browser's local storage. We use a sign-in cookie only when you sign in. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can use ERPulse without an account or location access. You can delete your account at any time from your Account page. To access or correct your information, contact us through the About page.
