ERPULSE

These terms govern your use of ERPulse (the "Service"), provided by Advanced Management Solutions ("AMS", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. Not medical advice; emergencies

ERPulse provides general information only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or triage. If you have chest pain, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding or any life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not delay seeking care because of information shown in the Service.

2. Estimates are not guarantees

Drive times, wait times and total times are estimates drawn from third-party and crowdsourced data and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. Hospitals see patients by urgency. We make no guarantee about the accuracy, completeness or availability of any information.

3. Accounts

You may use most of the Service without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable use and wait reports

You agree not to submit false, misleading or abusive wait reports, include personal health information in reports, scrape or overload the Service, or attempt to access it in unauthorised ways. We may moderate or remove reports and suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Supporter plans and billing

Optional supporter plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Access to core facility information never depends on a paid plan.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Google Maps, Stripe, sign-in providers and hospital websites. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for them.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and the ERPulse name and logo, belongs to AMS or its licensors. Facility names and published wait data remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the Service or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Contact us through the About page.
